I have been looking closely at shapes and form rather than actual objects lately. I look for blobs of color and intersecting lines. This is more of an exercise, something to do when there is nothing to photograph. I am not transitioning into the Still-Life realm, its just something that comes up now and then with just about anyones photography.

I will take this as an opportunity to share this writing by Christopher Schreck on the “Still-Life New Wave”.
